Hummus
Serving Size: Makes one big bowl
Ingredients
1 can chickpeas-drained
2 large cloves garlic-crushed
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon chilli powder
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup natural unsweetened yoghurt
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to season
Method
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth in a food processor or blender
Refrigerate until needed
Serve with sliced vegetables, corn chips or your preferred crackers
