Chocolate Chunk Cookies
Serving Size: 25-30 cookies
Ingredients
225 grams butter
225 grams sugar
½ x 400-gram tin condensed milk
200 grams milk or white chocolate chopped into chunks
2 ½ cups plain flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
Method
Preheat the oven to 150’C
Line 2 baking trays with baking powder
Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy
Add the condensed milk and cream until combined
Add the flour and baking powder and mix
Add the chocolate and gently stir until mixed through
Place spoonsful of the mixture on to the lined baking trays
Press down with a fork
Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown
Mixture can be frozen in balls and put straight in the oven, just cook for an extra 5 minutes
